What are the Township's water and sewer rates?

Flat sewer rate remains at $120.00 per EDU per quarter. 

Current water rates: $39.15 for the first 5,000 gallons and $7.83 per thousand gallons used over the 5,000 gallons.

Factors that necessitated the rate increase include the following: continual increases in the cost of the chemicals used in the treatment of the water, changes mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to the treatment plants, maintenance & repair items and budgeted equipment upgrades.
